Pancakes

  •  

    1. Heat your skillet on medium for 60 seconds then add coconut oil.

  •  

    2. Pour pancake batter in the skillet and flip when the top of the batter bubbles.

  •  

    3. Remove pancakes when done to your liking. Enjoy.

 

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  •  

    1. Prepare and then cut your cheese sandwich in half.

  •  

    2. Heat your skillet on medium for 60 seconds.

  •  

    3. Place the sandwich halves on the skillet and turn when done. Bon Appetit!

 

Eggs

  •  

    1. Place the skillet on your gas, electric or glass-top stove on medium heat for about 60 seconds.

  •  

    2. Lightly coat the inside of the skillet with coconut oil, or spray of olive oil.

  •  

    3. Wait about 30 seconds while the cooking surface of the skillet heats up.

  •  

    4. Then add your eggs and cook.

  •  

    5. Turn the eggs when ready.

  •  

    6. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, turn off the burner and remove the eggs from the skillet.

    7. Bon Appetit!
